What can I say, the taste of real smoke-roasted pork shoulder knocks the socks off any thing that you can buy! Both brothers are helpful and very nice, with a lovely family-feel to the business, where nothing is too much trouble. I've also eaten some of their other foods, the Home-made beef and lamb burgers are to die for!!
