We are a family business founded 26 years ago. As featured in Rick Stein's "Local Food Heroes" and Henrietta Greens "Food Lovers guide to Great Britain" we are Bakers of Staffordshire Oatcakes, a local delicacy similar to a Pancake but made with Oatmeal and white Flour. We sell Wholesale,Retail and Internet(speedy Courier service) and various Hot takeaway food from the shop

There are many Oatcake shops in stoke on trent, but high lane has got to be one of, if not the best. The oatcakes are generously filled and lovely! I think people in stoke on trent are very specific about the way they like their oatcakes, personally I like them with Cheese Tomato and Sausage and with the oatcake not to crispy and high lane certainly hit the spot for me!
