We are hill farmers in the southern uplands of Scotland.
We produce quality meat from naturally reared, traditional breeds of cattle sheep and pigs.
The cattle are Beef Shorthorn, the pigs Gloucester Old Spot and sheep are Scottish Blackface crossed with Llyen for lamb, hogget and mutton.
We also grow the French free range chicken SASSO, known for the flavour and texture of their meat.
All the meat is butchered on farm and bacon and hams home cured. We have a small slaughter unit for the chickens. So they don't have to travel off farm at all.
Customers new to the poultry often say they "haven't tasted chicken like that for 30 years".
We can prepare and pack the meat as a customer requires and supply with next day delivery in iced boxes.
Our aim is to produce really tasty, top quality meat from carefully farmed livestock at affordable prices.
