We produce free range chicken and duck throughout the year plus seasonal turkey and geese. All our birds are reared from day olds to maturity, at a miniumum of 12 weeks, and then slaughtered on the farm in a stress free environment. Following slaughter the birds are dry plucked and hung for 3 to 5 days and then prepared and finished by hand for the oven. This produces meat of excellent quality and flavour.
The produce is sold either by personal order, for collection from the farm or delivery may be arranged, from Farmers Markets at Horncastle and Louth and at some local farm shops.
