All our bacon is English dry cured which means no added water. Also available hickory smoked bacon.
A great butcher! Has a great selection of free range pork and chicken. All his meat is local including venison. He makes his own sausages from the finest stuff, and caters for all tastes and budgets. It's a pretty good sign when the queue is out of the door!
