I have been a customer of Measures Butchers in Brampton for 20 years. The quality of the meat, particularly the beef and pork is always exceptional. Our Christmas is planned around their meat, not the other way around! The beef is so tender and tasty, whatever the cut. John the main butcher is always there to give advice and the cut you want. He also prepares the meat in whatever way you request and can give ideas. I have had a comment that my roast shoulder of pork with crackling at home beats the suckling pig at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons. That's down to the quality of the pork from Measures!
