Moor Farm shop is a new enterprise on the outskirts of Baschurch in the heart of the Shropshire countryside. The animals are mostly traditional british breeds and so do not thrive on intensive methods of farming. They are allowed to grow at their own pace with only supplementary feed being given to the youngstock for optimum development. The shop sells beef, pork and lamb with sausage and burgers being produced on site. We sell home produced free range eggs, home made cakes, jams, marmalades and meringues. Vegetables are available seasonally. Our emphasis is on quality products, ethical production methods, and low food miles together with a desire to introduce the customer to different cuts and production methods which they may not previously have understood. We frequently have tasters available and have a running wish list for products people would like us to stock. There is plenty of parking space available.
We by most of our meat from this company. They where also a great help when I decided to cure mu own bacon. Really good meat and a good friendly service. Loads of variety as well.
