We produce well-hung, succulent, pure grass-fed Red Ruby Devon Beef from cattle reared here on our beautiful Devon farm managed for nature conservation, and on local nature reserves. The herd lives outdoors all year round in our flower-rich meadows and woodland. Fantastic free-range, rare breed pork is also available from our herd of British Lop pigs, the rarest of rare breeds. Buying pork from us helps to protect this old West Country breed from extinction. Animal welfare is of course of prime importance to us, and as in organic systems we avoid the routine use of animal medicines and, of course, growth hormones or additives.
