Quartier Vert, originally Rocinantes, aka The Tapas Bar, has been a pioneer of organic and locally sourced food. We sell at Farmers' Markets, organise Outside Catering Events (Weddings etc.), put on wine tastings and serve wonderful, fresh, usually organic food. At our sister restaurant, Bordeaux Quay, you may find a cookery school, deli, cafe and restaurant all run with the same philosophy.

Delicious - excellent food, friendly service and the best beetroot risotto i've ever eaten! Not the cheapest restaurant in Bristol, but the knowledge that food is locally sourced means that it still amounts to good value for money in my opinion.
