J.Martin butcher's makes buying meat a pleasure. They sell a wide range of local farm-fresh chicken, meat and home-made pies.and the high quality of this produce is reflected in its taste. Their friendly butchers will also tell you how to cook a specific cut if you are not sure how it should be done. Lee, one of the owners, even went to the trouble of making boerewors for me, a South African sausage that is cooked on the barbecue, and it was so good my family couldn't tell that it had been made in the UK.
