Family run micro brewery based in a renovated barn on a working farm. We brew a range of beers using spring water, locally sourced malt, whole hops and wet yeast. The beers are available in cask and naturally conditioned in 500ml bottles. The latest addition to the range is an organic pale ale, certified by the soil association, called Rushy Mede, the name of the spring from which we draw all our water.
