My experience of Riverford has been awful. When faced with dealing with the distributor I ended up canceling my box and swearing off them for life much to my disappointment.

He was rude beyond words and I can not express enough how disgusted I was with his attitude towards cash paying customers.

I am now looking for a more friendly service that treats me as a valued customer.

I have been using Riverford for many years and they have always been great. I have recommended them to several of my friends, including one who always but always complains about quality and lack of service and she has never found anything to complain about with Riverford. Their range has expanded over the years to meat. Their packaging is now more recyclable or can be returned. Wonderful company all round.

They are always helpful and the produce is lovely, just how it should be!

We've been using these Riverford Agents for a couple of years now, and have a regular delivery of Fruit & Veg, Meat, Milk and Eggs. We've just dropped the eggs as we have our own chickens but we've always found the service to be extremely reliable, good quality, and good value for the produce that we get. I can't hesitate to recommend them!
