Rother Valley Organics is a family run business headed by brothers, Shon and Simon Sprackling. Their farms stretch from Rogate, north of the South Downs, through Chilgrove and right on to Thorney Island on the Hampshire coast and boast some of the finest organic grazing land in the country. The brothers philosophy is simple – to produce fully traceable organic beef and lamb in a natural way. We also sell organic, free range pork and chicken from other trusted organic farms in the south. All the meat is prepared in our state of the art buthcery by our master butchers and is fully traceable. The beef is hung for at least 21 days to relax and tenderise it – making it wonderful to cook with and even better to eat..
I discovered Rother Valley last Christmas and was really impressed with the quality of food and also the service. They have a great website and you can order online - they often have great deals. The pies are a definite winner!
I discovered Rother Valley a couple of years ago and have been buying the majority of my meat from them ever since - I have never been disappointed - the meat is superb quality, great value for money and the service is excellent...... everyone is so helpful, often going out of their way to help (not often you can say that these days!!)
My only regret is that they are not closer to where I now live - but it's worth the 45 minute journey to stock up the freezer!!
