One of the first deer farms in England, our animals can be seen from the M1.
Red deer are edge of forest animals and very territorial. By planting new hedges and trees and creating small glades and paddocks we give the deer their sheltered territory.
Our on-farm abattoir is designed solely for deer. That's all they see, hear, and smell. We are high welfare, with constant veterinary supervision during our operations.
We have skilled butchers in a very modern plant and sell our product through our farm shop, local farmers markets, and by mail order.
