Talton Mill is a rural treasure; a smallholding combining the
characteristics of an idyllic country lifestyle with the serious
responsibility of providing a genuine source of real farm food for the
locals. The ethos of this small organisation is 'buy when it's best',
assuring the customer that taste is superlative when produce is
consumed at the right time. Key to its success is the management
of the farmer-consumer communication which promotes customer awareness of seasonal offerings.
