We are Alastair Jessel and Mark Phillips and whilst Alastair does the sales and marketing, Mark does the farming. We have a lovely team consisting of Sally (shop manager), June and our part timers Claire, Kate, Gill, Joanna, Georgina and Guy who work behind the tills, Maxine and Ross back in the office and Nigel who is our plantsman and general toiler in the fields, aided by his wife Marion.

Taywell is a superb farm shop, stocking a vast variety of local, organic foods. The fruits and vegetables are all grown on their farm and this ensures that all that is sold is of a very high quality. It is a hugely popular shop within the Cranbrook area and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Homemade ice-cream is even sold on hot days!
