We produce a range of authentic own recipe traditional Italian sauces and dressings using only the freshest ingredients. All our tomato based sauces are gluten free which are suitable for celiacs. They all have no additives, preservatives and no added sugar, no artificial colours and no artificial flavours.
Teresa makes her own fresh pasta sauces. They are absolutely beautiful. My favourites are Buffalo Bolognese, Wild Boar and Porcini Mushroom and Napolitana with tuna. There are several other varieties to choose from and they are all delicious. Simply heat and add to your favourite pasta. Teresa will always recommend what to try, and when she does the local farmers markets there are always samples to try. Just perfect.
