Our cosy hotel is renowned for its charm and friendliness. Surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Yorkshire Dales National Park it is the perfect base for walking the 'Three Peaks' or the Wainwright walk to Crummackdale from our front door.
We work hard at informality and subtle attention as we feel this is the best way to ensure your relaxation and tranquility. The provision of lashings of fresh country air is complimentary...please help yourself.
Great organic restaurant registered with The Soil Association. On a recent trip we had delicious black pudding bread, a very good ham hock terrine and luscious lemon possets. Only the pigeon (a little over cooked) was not exceptional. The service was absolutely second to none, wonderfully accommodating staff, not at all phased by the children causing havoc! Highly recommended.
