The Butcher of Brogdale sells a range of delicious locally sourced free range meats. From old breeds of pig to the very best local lamb and beef there is plenty to choose from. Also a deli with cheeses, cold meats and accompanying pickles and relish – all made locally.
The butcher of Brogdale has been open at the Market Place for less than a year. We discovered them by accident but now visit every week. They sell a range of locally sourced free range meats at excellent prices - Dexter Beef from the Alkham Valley, you can get 40 day matured beef which is really scrummy, fruit-fed rare breed pork (just as scrummy) and local salt marsh lamb to name just some of their wares. The service is friendly and helpful. We won't buy our meat anywhere else now.
