On Tuesday, the Cheese Box visits town. Cheesemonger Dawn Hackett matures hand-made cheeses to perfection then sells them out of her customised Citroën H van.
Dawn Hackett who runs this amazing traveling cheese emporium from her wonderfully restored Citroen van has brought the wonders of British Cheeses into the heart of Faversham. She also has a web site http://www.thecheesebox.co.uk where you can order cheese and I believe she also visits Whitstable market. She is friendly, knowledgeable and a great saleswoman - I always leave with at least two more cheeses than I had intended.
