This is a great little farm shop. The veg is organic and home grown with a great seasonal selection and fantastic taste! The meat has been reared and/or sourced with great thought and care.. this does not go un-noticed! You have got to try this place out!!

This is my favourite local health food shop by far - a definite cut above Holland and Barrett in terms of staff knowledge and product range, but without the greener-than-thou air that mars some health food stores.
