It is a traditional butchers, selling amazing meat, much of it home grown by one of the owners sons!
In fact, this shop got voted one of the Top 100 Shops in the World to Visit! It also was regional winner in the Best Rural retailer for 2006. The meat is of absolutely top quality and reasonable as well!
The best butchers ever. Wide variety of meats, information on farms of origin displayed in shop window. Deli counter - well stocked and good range of sheep and goat milk produce. Friendly, helpful staff. All of the meat comes from very local farms and most of it is free range.

I had been meaning to go and explore this lovely place for ages, and then finally a few weeks ago went with my 8 year old daughter to see and experience the shop and cafe for ourselves.
