Mark and Deborah Chambers have moved from London to run Truffles Restaurant in Bruton.
Mark has been a classically trained chef for ten years and has worked in London for the past five. During his career he has worked with some of London’s top chefs.
Deborah has been working at BAFTA as the Awards & Special Events Co-ordinator and has co-ordinated many of the high profile Film and TV Award Ceremonies.
Together, we hope to bring our past experiences to not only give you the most sumptuous and exciting meal but also to create a perfect atmosphere for any occasion.
Our opening hours are:
Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday 7pm onwards
Traditional Sunday lunch 12-2pm
My partner and i dined at Truffles on the 22nd of March. The restaurant had a laid back atmosphere which was very welcoming. We were then served the most delicious meal. Every course was flavoursome and cooked to perfection. Towards the end of our meal we spent some time getting to know the husband and wife team that ran the restaurant. They were extremely friendly and really made our evening perfect. I highly recommend Truffles restaurant.
