Windrush Farm Tintagel is a family run smallholding,
Cherished meadows that contain many rare & beautiful examples of flora & fauna that are seldom found in modern day farming.
The fields were reclaimed from anicent moorland (as one mans war effort in 1914).
The meadows have self seeded and flourished, watered by 4 natural springs & 3 streams that border the land.
The unique herb, grass mix & spring water is what gives our free range ducklings & ducks such a classically unique flavour.
As we belive our ducks deserve to be happy as well as healthy,
slaughter dressing and hanging is carried out at our local MHS approved specialist abattoir, so stress of travel time & food miles are reduced.
Our Duck arrives vac packed with giblets bagged inside clearly labled with best before date. Ready for oven or freezer.
Also included is a cooking guide & seasonal recipe sugestions.
Local produce to enhance any menu or specials board.
