Nicola cooks with such, well, passion. I have been enjoying Nicola food for over 5 years and have a number of personal favourites including: sausage rolls filled with New Forest Bacon (NFB), goats cheese (New Forest Goat Dairy, Sway) and caramelised onion tartlet, roast red pepper soup, and courgette and bacon (NFB) muffins. The proof is in the tasting!

I have recently tried some food from YUM! I had some white chocolate and cranberry muffins. I must say it was absolutely delicious.
The ingredients used are top quality. There is no comprimise in the ingredient quality - or quantity. What is nice is that one muffin is enough to keep you going until your next meal while at the same time, doesnt leave you bloated or full. Finally, what I enjoyed most of all is that the effort put into presentation and quality is outsatnding - you can almost taste the Passion that has been put into these sumptuous foods. I highly recommend YUM and really think you are missing out until you try some of their delicacies.

So far I have tried the Sausage Rolls (best snorkers in a role ever!), Carrot & Coriander soup, Bacon Butty, Banana Cake and all are highly recommended. This is great food, created by someone that really cares that her produce is taken from local suppliers of the highest standard and produced to equally high standards!
